After all this time, this strange transaction is still available. Does anyone in developer team realize how fragile this option is ? Once sold and reported i HIGHLY doubt anyone will refund me, or help me to take it back
Your refunding eventually works only when there are no transactions or time played after the accidental purchase. It should not be like this. Once i make accidental purchase be sure, i will not have nerves to wait days or maybe even weeks HOPING that proper action will be taken before i can start playing again
Player can just let his younger sibling play on his enlisted account and kid can accidentally sell gold order weapon. Remove this option already… as soon as possible.
I have no idea whether the weapon is then available back in logistics for another gold order, and i dont even want to know. Its a badly made design that no one had time to think upon. Doesnt matter if player spent gold order or 750 coins. It must be fixed

I just want to add something to this, they could add an option to try the gold order weapon/ vehicle before you buy it.
I remember I bough panzer70 in Berlin thinking that will be fun to have a tank destroyer and god as soon as I tried that thing in a real game I knew I made a big mistake, I couldn’t refund it even though I played 2 games with it, and it’s still there in my inventory while I had to get a panther.
Don’t make me even start on how gooood the customer support is xD

The best gold order vehicle is T-50,it’s so powerful that gold T-50 completely destroyed the balance of Moscow.By comparison,other average gold order vehicles don’t destroyed the balance,but they can’t compare with T-50 at all.Gold order weapons are in a similar situation,just have more chooses,such as G43(7.92x33mm) is almost the first choose,because there is no balance between gold weapons,who want a old Russian rifle before WWI instead of an auto rifle in WWII which used like M16A4?
Well, technically, giving your account to someone else is illegal. Letting kids below 12 yrs (as I remember) play the game is also illegal according to the rules of the game.
