Yes please have shotguns be useful again, both the German and Russian ones are just incredibly out classed in every range.

The funny thing is that this started with the first doom, and even in doom shotguns had more range than here, or most arcade shooters anyways…
Higher quality materials, regardless how sloppy made ppsh was it was still made out of pure stalinium which is by far bestestest material you can get. Also soviet exclusive.
Depends very much of ammunition & choke.
Fun fact: in Doom 2, the double barreled shotgun did scatter, but the pump-action one was actually very accurate and effective even at long ranges instead.
I concur the shotgun in Normandy for the allies is ok but the one for the Germans in Berlin is a complete waste of time and should be banned. The fact that its a Campaign level achievement is kind of comical. Since it has what 2 shots and a nice long reload and a minimal amount of ammo it should be devastating.
