Joe I totally agree. Can’t believe we see a PC player complaining about how much better console players are… rediculous statement and if anything it’s a skill issue by the PC player… wow

Exactly. That’s why i want to turn off crossplay.
Not becuz they profit their aim assist, but because they are useless as teammate and not fun to play against as enemy.
What seems to happen is that it is harder to aim with controler, thus they tend to sit behind and play sniper whilst avoiding going in the objective.
Compare to ai who always build rally and rush to objective, console player only makes game boring and that’s why i’d rally play with bot and unbalanced player, rather than consoles

It’s not that im complaining that they have aim assist whilst pc doesn’t.
Im complaining because console players are in general bad at playing this game.
I hate seeing them as team becuz they contribute nothing to the team
I hate seeing them as enemy cuz it only makes game boring.
I don’t give a sh*t what console players do with their little controler, i simply don’t wanna meet them as teammate cuz they’re pretty much useless as teammate.

I perfer bots over consoles.
Bots build rally, consoles doesn’t
Bots rushes to objective, consoles doesn’t
Bots are better at aiming, consoles doesn’t
90% of games consoles are at the bottom of score table.
I mean, you can have your own preference, totally fine
But i perfer bots and i’d like to have choice to disable crossplay.

Again pretty crappy to just generalize about all console players. I play against plenty of PC players that are garbage. I would say just play the game as it’s meant to be played. More players need to educate themselves and know that this is a team based game (your right more players OVERALL) need to build rally’s, push objectives and support teams in tanks and on the air. Your statement about console players have aim assist and not being able to block us because it’s unfair or that we all blow and can’t build rally’s is BS. Don’t generalize a whole group because of a few players (and most in Coming players) ignorance of the team like play game, it’s extremely weak sauce my friend.

Some people might just like to play with pc player more than console

I dont know. If console players can wreck the MM, at least allow it PCs too.
it would be better to have separate PC and console queues, rather than adding additional MM queues for crossplay off for PC players.
well best solution would be to have SBMM with just crossplay on. that way shit PC players would play with shit console players and good PC players would play with good console players. but that is highly unlikely to work unless they remove faction vs faction MM.

I think you’ve make a reasonable request however I don’t believe you’ll ever see this come to fruition due to a combination of the point’s already made and the developers apparent inability to fix some of the issues that have been around for quite some time. An option to disable cross play is a reasonable request that wouldn’t be that hard to implement but unfortunately my friend it will most likely fall on deaf ears.
I’ve had matches with and against some really good console players, and I’d say most of my matches they’re not horrible (like 50/50 maybe). However, I do agree that a higher percentage of console players vs PC are are pretty bad and can be dead weight. Fun to play against though! Cannon fodder haha.
The only thing I could see for anyone switching to Steam was if you found out a friend played the game as well and wanted to join them.
Just not sure how many people would take advantage of that anyway. And given the last blow up that people experienced when they added Steam to the mix, I imagine a lot of Enlisted players are a bit gun shy (hesitant).

but even when you ping it they still ask for it so it make me question what their intent is
even when i put down big mark they still ask for it, they are a bunch of weirdo tbh guess they dont know that they can mark while using plane or something

well correct term is steam wallet. some people have $$$ there from selling on marketplace or getting refund for something. adding enlisted to steam makes it easier to buy stuff in enlisted from there.
Ahh. Gotcha. Yeah, I guess that’s possible. I’ve never used the feature much myself, though I’ve bought hundreds of games on steam. Personally, after the debacle of the last steam launch/crossover, I’m happy that new players are using Steam to join, but they’d have to give me a REALLY compelling reason to port my game over there.
And something tells me, they’d rather have people NOT use Steam, so they won’t have to pay the commission to Steam on all the purchases.
yes gaijin/DF doesnt want people buying on steam, but players want to have steam.
btw when world of warships launched on steam it got review bombed cause you couldnt transfer your progress to steam.

it is more likely that you will get gold value of that squad if you already have it, but maybe they didnt think about this and you may exploit it although i doubt that it will pass.
