Another problem recently appears … its the team of humans who DONT WANT TO PTFO … i play Marines and i see so often 75% of my team camping the spawn while they re supposed to attack … they snipe / mortar / wait for arty call / tank etc etc … those guies are more useless than a bot …
Well it used to be Allies domination, now the tides have turned.
i ve considered to play allies tunisia again for a moment but this exactly the thing that discourages me from even trying 
even both me and my friend wont do it… its just game that is constantly lost and stomped by enemy aint fun at all
also i have no fun at all stomping bots that cant even ride vehicle or plane
Can relate. I think players who don’t push are worse than players who don’t build rallies.
On a game, that the only outcome besides personal fun is grind, there is no reason to stay on a losing batle. What one will prove doing so besides getting frustrated? Is that the objective on playing a game that isn’t even competitive?.
In all honesty, I’m more in the boat that these people aren’t bots, they’re just very very new, I’ve seen a lot of Enlisted adverts/sponsors now for Enlisted. Yes they’re not great, but we have pretty much maxed squads right now, and these people are stuck without grenades, perks or even semi-auto weapons! At least give them time to grind up and learn a bit of the game 
Acusing enemy’s top player of cheating, complaining about server lags then deserting after losing a point. What a great experience i had in your company.

I have seen loses to mostly bot teams its crazy…I sincerely wish they would just create a random que with real match making, maybe add the option to exclude certain maps or games modes. This might increase palyer engagement.
I would also like to see a real penalty for deserting, like some other games have where you cannot launch into another game for a period of time like 15 to 30 mins, that would discourage it somewhat but noy solve it all together unless it they also reduced exp on the next few match or subtraced bronze/silver orders for nailing on a match.

Players should be encouraged to stick to the end of the battle, NOT punished for leaving - they have real life stuff to worry about sometimes!
real life is one but quitting because of game mode or because you have a suckass team happens more than real life, besides if it’s a real-life reason then by the time they are done dealing with said issue the the penalty would generally have expired.
So take your participation trophy and move along please.

If anything, that 15-30 minute punishment is just going to drive players away from the game - to play something else - and in this case… Is it better for You to have mostly bot-filled matches, as there are no players? Maybe suggest a PvE mode from the get-go?
World of big boat have a cool pve mod, letting player playng bot match with halfed xp rate, we need the same in enlisted
