Just match the firerate with the PPSh. It’s a weird thing for the devs to nitpick, especially if it’s being removed from the progression. Not like it’s hurting anyone.
It would also still be usable with Tokarev rounds, so if a German soldier picked a PPSh drum off the street, it would then go to its original firerate.

He is trying to make up the reason why the same exact guns that shoot the bullets are basically copies of each other should have different RPMs. We are at the point where all he can do is insult because he has no reasonable argument why this mistake shouldn’t be fixed. It mulches much faster than at the full firerate
