The game’s more than just grind, have fun, enjoy it. Plus new vehicles, a handful of new weapons for us to have fun with, along with new maps to see how those same weapons handle differently.

This argument seems to forget that there are also smg and machine gun squads available for CQC and ranged combat.
The disparity between whales and f2p is larger in the other campaigns and has been from the beginning. This only helps to bring everyone closer to the same level.
I don’t have numbers, but I would guess that few players that are strictly f2p play the game long enough to get to the end of a campaign, so it’s unlikely that they would see those unlocks in the first place.
30.00 for two tanks, full campaign unlocks at 4x speed, and 3 extra squad slots is more than you would ever get from the other campaigns for that price. I only wish they had done it this way from the start.
Finally, it’s totally OK to just skip over this campaign entirely if it’s not what you’re interested in. They are still adding to the other campaigns, and I’m hoping we’ll finally see the stg in Berlin this time!
I’ll be having fun on old campaigns, and will stay away from this shitshow.
There is nothing to enjoy in stalingrad for f2p, even though i ain’t one, i got premium and battlepass.
Maxim is locked behing engineer II which is locked.
Flame tanks are locked.
All new guns are locked.
Not even full base squad list available.
All guns that are free, are already in other campaigns.
Maps can be played in customs.
You can’t force people to play it, no f2p sane being will.

I was never interested in Stalingrad, but after seeing how many things are actually locked behind paywall, I don´t even think I´m going to pretend to try.
My only hope is that Moscow and Tunisia will not end up too spoiled.
No Hungariand Romanains so far… gonna blitzkrieg it and go back to Moscow afterwards.
Frankly, from what’s presented, it could potentially become my main campaign. So far I see (for myself personally more fun factor than meh factor). And my much-anticipated customization of soldiers alone, bribes me right away.
So, on the very first day of the announcement, I made a pre-order, and I look forward to being able to shred the Soviets with the trophy PPSH. That’s it.
