Krieg was a starter gun yes, but its no longer in the new tree system. (The screenshot is from a F2P account I had made to test the new progression out after the merge, my main has everything done).

if i use all my reserve (which is 29k xp) to buy Tiger 2 (p) without tiger 1 H i could probably do that (but i want to farm it tomorrow tbh)

If you could, try adding 1 RP to the Carcano M1891, and then see if it lets you buy the VG 1-5? I would be greatful to see if that rumor actually works if you are willing.

i cant add 1 rp i can only add like 163 at lowest (nvm 7)
ok no worries then. I thought you could add just 1 by using the arrow once it was zero … they may of changed it.
they also remove lots of weapon from research tree who available before the merge update like romanian Mannlicher M93, PZ IV G,etc
They are exclusive for who played Stalingrad, before the merge and obtained them

Speaking of which, the VG 1-5 isnt the base weapon in that folder … its the mannlicher … you do have the mannlicher trained and bought right?

Carcano M1891 is foldered with the MAS 36. The mannlicher is foldered with the VG 15

like in warthunder, i not research panzer III L and M and panzer IV H and J but can still research tiger and panther with no problem, isnt this research mechanic based on wt?
