I agree. At first it was fun. But after some runs it became very tedious. Its more or less the same run. Only the bosses and the surroundings vary a bit.
And a run takes way too long and it gets very repetitive and boring. Yawn…
I only play it for the rewards you can get after collecting enough points.
The other events were better.

Please don’t forget to re-enable appearance customisation for the event squads. This was removed with the last update (probably because someone figured out you could use customisation to give the US medic hands in a different skin colour) and I just won’t be able to bring myself to use them with their default appearance (especially the Samurai).
