Connection Failed

Hey everyone, I got the game yesterday and went through the tutorial. Everything worked fine. Once i try to connect to a game it will say its waiting to connect. After about 10-30 seconds it will go to a black screen and say “connection failed.” press ok to continue. Then it will give me the option to reconnect. I waited about 24 hours before trying to see if i can get it to work, but to no avail. I saw one other thread saying they had a similar issue but it just started randomly working for them. I would attempt to port forward, but because of the way the network is set up at my apartment the ports are directly connected to a switch which i have no ability to access. Any one have suggestions or solutions?

I also had the problem

I then quit Enlisted and pressed “check data”.
Then it installed an update and it worked.

I did that and its not working.
Its confusing that i can play in 4/20 but i have that problem in 4/21.
I tried Check Dta ,Not working
I tried MSconfig settings, Not working
I updated Video Card Drive,Not working
I suspect Computer being infected by Virus So i installed Kapersky and did a whole scan,NOT WORKING
Always the same: CONNECTION FAILED,PRESS TO CONTINUE

try reinstalling the game, i just played a few rounds and everything worked as it should

I tried it before its not working.
Since now i udpated video card drive im doing that again,hope its gonna work.

If the .clog file is still available, feel free to upload it, this might help the devs as well

i install the game again,not working at all.
CONNECTION REFUSED,Press OK to return.
BTW what is .clog file,I’ll upload it

Game Client Crashes

  1. Logs form the game client (.clog) which are located in following folder: Game Folder.logs~enlisted. In case of a crash-dump you need to attach 3 files in addition (.clog; .gz; .dmp; .zip), the DxDiag of your PC (Win +R → type DxDiag → Enter → “Save all data” → get the dxdiag.txt file) → upload the file to the forum.
  2. If you have issues with the game launcher please attach: Launcher logs (loader). Launcher logs are stored in the game folder: Game Folder.launcher_log
