Will you be able to spawn at the apc if it is currently swimming or will it be disabled as a swawn while it swims?

It’s also just br 2. We get a mobile pillbox that can block an entire charge by itself from afar, unless facing a tank or heavier ordinance.
I hope wheraboos won’t whine about br, like burgerboos and commieboos did for the german canon apc…
