Been hearing talk, and saw a screenshot not too long ago (if my memory serves me right), that you guys can buy pre-merge squads from the store. Is this true? Is it for silver, gold or real money? Can anyone confirm if this is true or false?

Not that I know of. If it’s the case though, I seriously hope it’s for silver, as a tech tree squad from pre merge should not be charging real money.

My hope as well, if they are charging silver for old squads I think the same feature should be available to us, it’s only fair and it would finally let people fully play subfactions with the coming soldier Nationality update.

How unlike? Generally speaking, how is it gained?
The CN version is very diffrent. And if I remember correctly they had a way to even earn gold in daily tasks but the post where somebody shared those diffrences years ago got taken down by the mods very quickly.
So it is very much plausible that they got an option to obtain legacy squads.

But I am not sure if the CN version is developed by the same DF aswell or if that version is licenced out to some chinese studio.

YES Please make the Legacy Squads avaiable!
Thye should honestly make Legacy Tech Tree Squads ALL available to buy for silver in the Tech Tree as how to say, folded? Squads. As in You unlock new Squad/Weapon and you can choose to buy the rest of Squads too.
They the Devs only WIN on it, more shit to spend money and in-game currency on, WE get more options aND more Squads to outfitt and customize, all win
