Pretty much. Also in line with my complaint: light vehicles have the same max speed as heavies! Light vehicles are so sluggish it removes their main advantage, maneuverability and speed.
Just you wait when the scout car in Tunisia will go as fast as… a Churchill…

Same as motorcycles or even kubels. They’re barely faster than men on foot, and motorcycles only have 2 or 3 men top…
Oh well. I hope for bigger playing fields but meh, I don’t expect too much.

99% of the money is spent on making trailers. 
or it could be a new target in tunisian demolition instead of it just being radio it could be planes in some hangar but or artilerry positions
