I would like to put camo, bushes on my tanks, I am looking for some advice, as to placement and considerations for gun view etc
Preferably, I want to add it to the M18, Stug, Firefly, so mainly Normandy vehicles.
Which bushes to select, I am clueless, some seem to need to be turned round, but I have seen in game some very conspicuous armour when playing.
If you go examples and don’t mind sharing, then please respond below. I don’t want Warthunder examples, I would like to see best use of natural camouflage… in Enlisted only.
Be careful when placing these. If you place them on the wrong spot you won’t be able to see anything in front of you. Like don’t cover the driver’s hatch or machingunner. Don’t go around the turret too as you won’t be able to see a tank even in front of you. I found that placing your tank among trees with right camo and putting bushes on frontal part makes enemy really hard to spot you.
I tried to cover my commander with foliages bushes. I imagine it worked slightly better than without.
Foliage tree works best in Normandy i think like ppl already pointed out.
I love to pop out my commander so this cover him well while not blocking any optics.
I love the drivers optics on this tank and the first camo sadly blocks it.
On any other tank i dont mind the driver optics at all when i place the bushes, like these:
Noone put any camo on Hellcat yet, still trying to chose best bushes, thinking Foliage Bush A, near left side mantlet, then Foliage C on front, but can’t seem to get it how I want…
. its alot of money to kitten a tonka, but looks so cool after.
