I disagree because it goes completely against the very notion of having loadouts in the first place. It’s like no one should have any specific gear whatsoever and its all based on BR. If you have a German squad with Kar98ks then it might as well swap all of theirs for FG 42s if you happen to end up in BR 5
Well that’s how paras work on BR II and BR III+ They got different weapons … simply their main weapon will be a bit buffed if you happen to play on higher BR cuz sometimes you are playing on a match with BR II vs BR III and you will get a better weapon.
Now if you are with US paras at BR II you get BAR at BR III you get M1919A6
Yet my BR 5 Japanese lineup can stomp your US lineup. Tell me you don’t play Japan without telling me you don’t play Japan.
Major directly said it’s unlikely the devs will do this on stream, to the effect of “the devs don’t like doing it because you wouldn’t buy other Paras”
But you can’t even buy multiple paratrooper squads, the most you can buy are 2 with Germany.
US can only buy 1 BR5 squad.
Germany can buy a BR5 or a BR1 squad.
Japan can only buy 1 BR4 squad (it is OP even in BR5 though).
Only USSR can buy a jack of all trades, they essentially have effective paratroopers at all BRs.
Even if you have all premium and event paratroopers there are still some blind spots in the BRs except for USSR.

BR2 GE, SU, US, JP
BR3 SU
BR4 SU, JP
BR5 GE, SU, US
I personally would still buy paratroopers with fixed weapons for BRs I often play because it’s nice that you don’t have to change the equipment of 6 soldiers that often. But if DF can’t sell 5 paratroopers squads at reasonable price for each BR for faction than they should at least sell universal paratroopers squad for each faction.
