With addition of Thompson 7.63 and the M1A1 you made 20 round Thompsons completely irrelevant.
Can you increase mag size of those 20 round Thompsons to 30? Both Premium and gold order/event Tommies are affected by massive power creep that ruined my lineup.
Right now i’m forced to use M1A1 as secondary weapon as it’s completely superior to both Thompson M1928 USMC and BSA Thompson, i would like to play them in my BR3 lineup but you will run out of ammo constantly.
next logical step is to move most of BR2 SMG to BR1 and bully newbies there…
Or maybe, just move the M1A1 Thompson back to BR3 and also stop always downtiering Japan on BR3?
I don’t think they will ever touch the magazines of the weapons.
I think it’s better to just enjoy some weapons, not all weapons have to be the best.
It could be nerfed a bit, but putting it back in BR3 would be bad, I’ve been waiting for an American SMG in BR2 for a long time, I even use them on British stes, the British used a lot of M1A1s, but the Lanchesters didn’t see the front line.
Better move M2 Stinger to BR0 (WW1)
Impossible as Thompson 7.63 is at BR2 for past 5 months. So they should buff all BR2 Thompsons with 20 rounds as they’ve become completely obsolete.
BSA could use a reload speed buff I think. Takes too long for 20 round mag.
Then you would be left with a carbon copy of M1928 USMC which is still too weak at BR2 vs M1A1/7.63 tommy as both have just 30 rounds which is the main issue of 20 round tommies we need more ammo
Past meta was trading 10 rounds for a bit faster rof - 690 (Lanchester) vs 750/810 (BSA/M1928) + a bit more dmg per hit but nowadays you don’t trade anything and are only left with 10 less rounds.
ppsh 42 is beter so that has a better recoil and velocity , thompson is trash

Lowering M1A1 was indeed terrible decision. Just like adding Uragan to BR2.

yes my bos I have actualy thompson and ppsh but the thompson variants had two types of magazines 20 and 30 and 0.50 with greater knockdown power, but unlucky pph is better although the game balance should provide equal opportunities

They could have literally just made a new gun instead of dropping m1a1. Just slap a 20 round mag to m1a1 and put it in br 2. It could have reused animations from other 20 round tommies and the model wouldnt be hard to make since they only make the mag a bit shorter.
But they had to be extra lazy
