You know, people are just used to understand you that way, 90% of your posts seem to be “negative” in one way or another.
Nothing personal bro.
Was about to roast you. Walter <3
I take advantage of the post to ask for help in identifying this gun
Is it a Browning Hi-Power?
the photo should be in the RSI period
Possibly a French 1935A? Very hard to tell but I’m intrigued.
Less weird than MP38/40 and time-travel RPG.
i mean i whip it out and execute it players with it from time to time
Germans used pretty much anything they got their hands on. I don´t mind but that logic is seriously flawed. Can the germans get M1 carbines? They used those too for example. Many didn´t accept that reasoning when they added german PPSH in Stalingrad so I hope those people aren´t hypocrits now.
Come back to H&G with these ideas. You can’t because they shut down the servers because of their stupid ideas.
that plane is actually a Pilatus P2-06 'G-Bone according to another pic, it’s a Swiss trainer aircraft.
a second game is unlikely to happen since Kickstarter failed to meet the required funds.
If the creators of enlisted continue to go towards ninja warriors on the battlefields of World War II, they will end up like this too.
Doesn’t look like a Hi Power, take a look at the grooves. Almost looks like a 1911.
This is incredibly true, the difference being Germany continuned not only using the pistol but having it manufactured for their use, the Germans having access to it isn’t the same as using captured guns such as the PPSh or as you said an M1 where they repurposed and reused pieces taken following battles
And again, precedent exists for countries sharing pistols in the game, with the C96 being the end tier pistol for both Germany and SU in the campaigns they exist in due to the fact both nations extensively used this firearm
This is the exact case for the Hi-Power
That´s because they captured the factories that made them. If they captured PPSh factories they would have made those too. That´s ignoring that the PPSh was the second most used SMG on the eastern front by the germans in the first place. Whether the germans made the weapons or not matters little when they´re the nation wich put the most effort into putting foreign wapons into service.
Yeah and I think that´s dumb too. This game is the first time I´ve heard that the Soviets supposedly used it a lot wich I kinda doubt. They should´ve made the Nagant revolver double action so it´s atleast usable and you don´t need to get another handgun wich is actually reliable.
I mean the wiki says that c96s were mostly handed out to partisans so take that however you want to
Probably wz. 35 ViS
I wouldn’t be opposed to seeing Germany get the Browning Hi Power at some point. As they were produced in quite large quantities after the occupation of Belgium.(Around 340’000 from 1940- late August/ Early September 1944, if I remember rightly).
I believe it was far more common to see a German soldier equipped with a Browning Hi Power than it was Allied personel(Excluding the pistols of any Belgian soldier that may have had one who might have escaped to the United Kingdom in 1940, Allied production by Inglis didn’t start until early 1944).
The majority(Though not all) of Hi Powers produced for the German Military were produced without the Tangent sights commonly found on British/Canadian Inglis produced models. Perhaps this would be a good way to distinguish between an Allied and Axis pistol in Enlisted? Or maybe Axis could get them through Gold Orders or Events.
Anyway, just my two cents!
