Nah it should be buildable indoors, I mean flak 88’s in barns are iconic.
As for its use, only the Western Allies having a prox fuse would be any use against aircraft.
Saying that as a fun AT weapon for BR4+, nothing wrong with them at all.

as long as they are big and visible massive ‘gun-shields’ that can still be penned by tank at shells then i approve but i hate being killed by tiny at guns i cant see.

1.Although only 's 88 has massive ‘gun-shields’ , agree give 's gun shield too.
2.Make them unbuildable indoors, because sb will use those (broken) to block doorway just like broken
