since japan lack of fire arms on tech tree one of weapons are battle pass weapons needs to be tech tree weapon since cant have access to battle pass japan store cus got removed and japan having no semi auto for br 4

There were two versions of Type Hei - long and short. The long version of the rifle can be entered into the upgrade tree.
Also, the highly respected researcher Jiro Sayama writes in his book about the possibility of attaching an optical sight to Type Hei rifles. It would be great to get sniper versions in the upgrade tree.

Why are you trying to screw over with the owners of the weapon?
It’s overall healthier for Japan to have a 10 round Type Hei in their tech tree. Plus they could have the BP version be a BR lower as a way of keeping it viable.

The Type Hei Long would have different visuals and stats to the BP weapon. It may not even have an attachable bayonet, as one way of differing it. Plus, as Masturmater mentioned, it would still be BR III while the TT version would be BR IV. Enough of a difference?

TT BR3 10rnd semis should be fed only with stripper clips, not mags. Mags should be reserved for more limited BR3 semis.
The BP Type Hei was BR III, with 10 rounds and a bayonet. It retains that.
The new Type Hei with 10 rounds will not have a bayonet, worser stats, and will be BR IV.
That’s a hot take. I dunno, since the Garand reloads with a single stripper clip, yet the others would require 2 stripper clips. Basically not doable. Best thing is just to buff the slower reloading stripper clip guns.

There are two BP type hei. One which is BR3, the other is BR4.
Garand isn’t the issue, SVT38 is.
My point is all the Soviet mains will be complaining because USA is the only faction that reloads in one go.
As an owner of multiple of these. I’m happy for some form of it to be in BR4. Like the Hei Late Long or any other modified variant.
