Comparable Aircraft at BR 2
- AP-1 Avenger (500kg payload, 2x tail gunners, 2x50 cal pilot)
- Su 2 (600kg Payload, 2 tail gunners, 4x7mm MG Pilot)
- SBD-3 Dauntless (600kg Payload, Tail gunner, 2x50 cal Pilot)
- Stuka (450kg-500kg payload, tail gunners, 2x7mm mgs or 20mm cannons Pilot)
Carrier Spawn
The AP-1 Also has the extra feature of being a Naval aircraft and therefore must take off from Carriers on certain maps. In the games current state, this is mostly a con as the air spawn aircraft do not currently have a spawn lockout (and havent since merge over a year ago). It can also be a positive (but far less frequently)
*It is also interesting to know that Warthunder Has this plane at a lower BR than the SBD-3 Dauntless
Alternative Buff
The alternative to lowering BR would be to buff the payload on this aircraft. It is quite Capable of carrying 4x500LB bombs in its internal bomb bay.
In Conclusion. Please Consider moving the AP-1 to BR 2. Thanks!

I also hope they give more planes to America, America has very few planes compared to Germany and the Soviet Union.

They need overall more br 1 and 5 aircraft. P47 is still the only br 5 aircraft they have and br 1 also has very few planes

personally Id like some British aircraft, like a Typhoon would be nice, maybe something like Hampden or Hudson.

I will say overall the Allies are missing a capable fighter-bomber for BR III. Your Attacker Pilot options are the TBF or going back down to the SBD-3. Both of which are flying boats (not the aeronautical term, the insult) that take forever to get anywhere. Especially if that somewhere is altitude. We need an Attacker Pilot aircraft with some decent flight performance for BR III
P-51 is a great fighter bomber for BR 3, BR 2 however is missing a real dedicated bomb, the divebombers just arent great, far too slow, I mean the 1000lb bomb is nice, but I would rather 6 250 pound bombs instead, like on the Su-2.
japan don’t have br 3 fighter in TT, only event or premium man, help japs first
