Not that the Dev’s ever seem to listen to it’s players, but it’s long past time to separate the Battle levels. If we get more bots in game, so be it, we are never going to have enough players for the 0/0 in the Dev’s view, so just do it and get it over with.

In JP TT its matter of three (3) unlocks to become BR2 so yes they are just as new as BR1.
Which technically is 1 or 2 good games with boosters.

Takes alot more time & grind to get BR2 smg’s and even more time to get competent smg’s that are comparable to other factions that unlocks good or atleast decent stuff in 3 or 4 unlocks ( Less grind thru obsolete crap, less wasting credits to obsolete crap )
So even more reason to lock BR1-2. Its already exhausting for new player to grind thru all the crap without being roflstomped by BR3.

At BR3 you get the SA rifles, smg’s with decent dispersion.
Tanks in most cases are more than capable to compete with higher BR big cats being bit of exception but no worries you got the planes.
Also the MG’s ar BR3 starts to be rather viable option sure not exactly meta but about 100 ? times better than what you get at BR2.
While at BR2 you have absolute trash SA’s exception being stalinium SA obviously.
And smg’s that has about ~20-30% more dispersion.
Tanks that have hard time in theyr own BR.

So id say its fair to say since according to you BR2 aint “new players” we can consider BR3 already a seasoned if not even a pro players.

a stock sherman with a 75mm is not a match for a tiger 1 much less a tiger 2 both with an 88mm

a select fire can fire auto and semi auto hits just as hard and as or near as accurate with twice the magazine size where is there room for skill

or b gear has different advantages and disadvantages that balance gear out br4 5 gear is just better than br3
