Asians where not segregated the same way African Americans where. Asians where allowed to have their own business and act in society as they where. During the ww Japanese Americans where put in camps but the other Asians where allowed to live in the US the same way as regular citizens.

After doing a little bit more research in the topic, it turns out around 75% Chinese American soldiers were not in segregated units. However, all Japanese American Nisei were in segregated units. I think divisions should determine what race the soldiers are in it, as there are segregated divisions that may lean towards one race or another.
