I have to agree I didn’t play Berlin but it I did play Normandy and it’s doesn’t have half the equipment that they had during the cbt its just a reskined Moscow its super disappointing

in alpha we had the stg and some diferent ones i cant even remember now.

i payed for the mp40/1 squad. strong one to be honest.
. and now the ability to grind up to level 15 so i will be ahead when the “open” test opens for everyone.

For someone who only plays as Germany like me, I don’t suggest you pay for Berlin since stay at Normandie is much better, where you can try the new things(Panzerfaust, Panther, STG) later(let alone even in Berlin you have to climb through many boring levels).

but what i’m not ok, is that, despite being an beta, there’s actually less than what was present and shown in the CAT. which i played. and based on my experience, and looking at what i’m watching. there are very little things that are new.

Because things change from CAT, obviously everything will get thrown in because, you are testing the game as a whole, the concept, the engine. There may have been a progression, but it would have been a system test. This argument is nonsense frankly.

again, it’s very disappointing. because not only there is reused stuff, but there is actually less. where is the VG 1-5? where are the previous company? why the parachute division gets an mg34 when they had the fgs?

The VG2 is the starting rifle, so doesn’t appear in the campagin, and for the others? I don’t know, the VG-45 is a self loading (Semi Auto) so will most likely appear later than campaign 15.
The parachute regiment are the gunners, so they get a… machine gun! Bearing in mind that the FG42 wasnt issued to EVERY unit, and it would be, if nothing else, a huge continuity break if they suddenly made it a MG in Berlin but an everyone weapon in Normandy.

as i can read, you are a CBT, which i’m not sure if you tested the berlin. but you would understand the reason behind my frustration and disappointment.

I have tested Berlin, and I am, unlike you, happy with the content, hence my review.

but 50 dollars for that, i can’t pretend it’s good nor worthed.

I paid the 50 dollars for the premium squads, which, I would have probably done anyway, test or not. This is why I get annoyed when people say $50 for test?!, because, you’re not, its for the squads and I am a collector on games, so I try (reasonably) to collect items.

I disagree, I played D-Day once as the axis, now that is a boring map.
Berlin’s maps are much, much, MUCH better

which in my personal opinion is disappointing.

because in the CAT the parachute div were the mg as well. but using the fg.

and it was not given to everyone. just a few elements of the squad as it should have been.

don’t get me wrong, i’m ok with changes. but again, it’s just a straight copy and paste with bayonets, new maps, new gamemode ( of 5 points instead of 3 ) but that’s basically it.

good. you’re the one that putted money into it. not me.

but as i said and i’ll keep repeating, objectively is not worthed no matter how you put it. especially considering that you bought the earlier CBT for 30 dollars.

so to the very least, should have been free for you.

and before you’ll say:

it’s a way to make the devs earn money?
doesn’t sounds good nor exscused considering the already present and overwhelming microtransactions.

plus, as a collector, you probably bought and will buy other premium squads.

but nontheless, they get either way money from bps and premium accounts guaranteed.

and 50 dollars for just that, i would be disappointed. in my personal opinion of course.
