Many of them make no sense, but Darflow doesn’t seem to care. What’s done is done.

Actually its APC which has HE filler soooo

But here look at this: PZIIIJ/1 with the L60 cannon

Heres a PZIIIJ with its KwK L/42 cannon
So as you can see yes, the PZIV is the worst here, and the PZIIIJ/1 is the best
