are these people even aware their skins are being used in other gajin games?
do they get something in return either?
and what about enlisted player. can we host our own skins some way or another ? or we have to post them on war thunder as well.
personally, i would like start to working on bikes or apcs.
since you guys have yet to make any for bikes or apcs. ( hell, even apc camouflage / customization that was announced more than a year ago ).
but fool of me to expect an answer anyway.

Increase the reload time of the Type 4 rifle to 4.8 seconds, then make it BR3.
At this rate we’ve already know the answer right now, and its grim

I don’t see how this is BRIV worthy since the Winchester M1907 with 20 rounds and the Meunier has 15 rounds as well and are both BRIII. This is like a Hei Rifle with 5 more rounds.

you know DF? this new bp is rubbish the game state was 10 times better before you release another handycaped weapon since its event counter is far better and 1 br less…

There isn’t a single 5 round semi-auto rifle on BR3, all of those are on BR2.

So Hino will be BR4 because in the future it will be reasonable for that BR since many rifles will get uptiered based on this.

Well… this “difference” as a reason for postponement… leaves me feeling frightened, not shocked.
But you see…
The Type Otsu exists in BR 3 specifically so Major can say “nuh uh” as he fetches it from the garbage bin to present in his answer.

This BP is really lame and we haven’t had any major news on upcoming updates.

You can’t really justify that.
I understand that the developers may be balancing the new weapons according to some balance that hasn’t been released yet. Since helpers keep telling us that there are already quite a lot of changes in terms of planned weapon balance (like weapons being moved down/up in BRs and so). But it’s all unreleased yet.
But then when devs keep getting feedback from players in the context of what players are dealing with in the game right now. They get somewhat terrified and then irrationally going to release weapons in state according to this feedback. It’s just weird.
This weapon is going to be literally stat wise outdated at release day.
