I suppose it is because of the ongoing conflict? I have seen that gaijin is not going to announce new things for WT because it is “war related,” for the time being. This does also apply for Enlisted, or you are really saving the hype for something big to be released at the same time.
I think it might be good to inform Enlisted community about the ongoing “radio silence” officialy.
In this question, I will probably refer to the answer you saw in WT.
I just have nothing to add to it. Sorry.

If it is aligned with gaijin policy, I don´t really see the problem why not to post it officially on forum as well, but I shall respect the decision.

Can you see how much the level will be extended in this update? The 2nd level expansion last time seemed too small.
