is there a chance to test BP weapons aswell? Like all weapons in the techtree with the new feature?
I would understand, if they replaced it with the ability to just pick and not hold on them, but removing them without ability to gain gold order weapons, is scary
It will be available for some BP guns that already in BP store atm.
This just seems like an attempt to reinvent the wheel and now F2Ps have to contend with a random soldier and gun that they have no ability in choosing and then everything else is lost to the sands of time.

Yeah the key word there is temporary, its just a stunt to keep us off them long enough for them to crash this game.

I totally agree with you, all this “fix” is a cheap attempt to shoo us away, honestly thinking more now its basically an insult
They need something to appease the angry mob that they have suddenly formed with the announcement of the BP changes.

But no I’m glad they waited till the last possible second before a new BP to inform us of such a radical change. I’m sure that wasnt a malicious decision what so ever.

One thing is the ability to spend all gold orders, another is not being able to gain new gold order weapon. My issue.

Yeah I think they know that, I genuinely think that was a backhanded insult from the devs.

I like the idea of old gold orders reapearing, but also a bit of feedback that I think is fair:

weapons look really good! but … Soviets already have a lot of SMG’s. They lack unique semi’s or machine guns. Maybe for the next one give them something else than an SMG. Same goes for Americans and Japan with semi-auto’s, they have enough those now.

One of the fun things about the gold order system is that we could choose ourselves what we wanted to pay for. We could design our own armies. I play all factions so for me its no real problem but stil, I like to invest heavily into one particular gun and get multiple, which is impossible if I am not mistaken
(EDIT - MajorMcDonald stated you can get four copies, so this might be a non-problem if he is to be believed!).
For those who do play one faction, this new system will be bad because they are no longer able to invest only in the faction they care about. So thats something to think about when implementing this new system.
