I have bug, i cant get no levels to campaign, squads, perks or cant buy any weapons/soldiers. Even weapon/soldier tickets dont show up. Other campaigns works just fine.

This isn’t a bug. The campaign is live for people to test play. You can not progress through it yet.

Berlin is obviously never going to have a campaign. It’ll be introduced as an entirely separate game mode.
