especially in berlin since you are defending, it’s hard to believe you cannot find more than 10 guys

Since the devs never said which caps got affected and how long this is only assumption. One day it’s 2-3 times now it’s 3-5 times longer ? A cap which used to be 10 seconds to cap is now 50 seconds ? Come on…
