And still, even with your “but but but what if theres 7???” situation, the TTK is still less than of capabilities of a PRO player.
And thats just TTK, leaving out the other factors such as recoil, dispersion and so on out of equation which most likely would favor RD in this situation.

rof matters for smgs especially for BR2 where it can’t compete vs PPS-42 and Uragan or M1A1, while for already fast firing rof of over 800 it doesn’t really matter if you get 900 or 1000 as accuracy is much more important and rof becomes secondary stat past that point
Because your MG42 has a higher firing rate, you don’t want to admit that it is an advantage. It’s that simple.

Stinger has 200 rounds with also a bonus of higher rof it’s vastly superior to MG42 100 in every single way but it’s an event weapon so it’s fine.
Yea Soviet battle rifles getting 5 whole extra rounds of magazine capacity does not justify the FG-42 getting yet another buff, like the single justification for needing a buff was the edge case situation when going against the USSR where you happen to run into someone with both the body armour and vitality perk but the recent damage buff has done away with that argument.

Faust 150 was not a prototype but a finished model by 1945, only 250 is a prototype. They can have same pen stats for 150 but only increase it’s muzzle velocity. As it’s the only cons of not using oferohr vs faust 100.

Well if that situation were to ever appear then the idea buffing the FG-42 could be discussed.
But did Fedorov Avtomat exist during WW2 (1945)? Did unlimited amount of MG81 or MG15 or AS-44 or Hyde exist during WW2? Stop asking stupid questions.

it doesn’t stop being a hypocrite one can be added to BR5 while another as event/gold order, game is full of experimental junk so adding another one won’t change a thing.
Also leaving STG44 as weaker than AS-44 is also a dick move.
