I have hundreds of hours of Normandy Axis experience, and all I can say is Normandy Allies player base is the same shit before the event.
Those are the several rant or related post with it. It is more useful than your personal “experience” 
. This proof is the experience from several people it is more believable than single people’s word.

you know you really should stop quitting matches in Normandy Allies, it increases the number of bots count
when the game is starting up and its only one or two players on my team as opposed to the other team having 7+ players im not gonna waste my time there. I am hitting the matchmaker again to get a game that is more balanced. nothing wrong with that.
I can tell you that I fought real players on that match, I just wish that you and that other marshal will give the match a shot next time
They are not my Italian friend.
Customs have bots with basic weapons that won’t 1 shot vitality players.
Most bots from squads are actually from players. Bad ones but they are and possible have upgraded weapons in them.
And you noticed that without a single spawn lol.
at the start of the match you can see the real players for the first minute or so. Beyond that I play on PS5 which means xbox players get a controller icon and PC gets an icon as well. Those without an icon i can confirm as bot/player by clicking their name to see if they have a profile option. I can tell how many players/bots are in a game.
