Is the Uragan 10% better than the m38/42?
Is the Svt 38 10% better than the G41?

Your balance is wanting to dominate every weapon in every tier and category.
There is alot of questionable Soviet favoritism in this game.
Using balance is a weak argument at best.
Im against adding the T44 100 for my reasons stated above.

Yes, but they do exist - some uniqe things in axis TT. There is also a FG with a scope - so you can decide - that to bring - thats great.
Good, but I also want decent MG - an MG - with comfortable ROF and normal damage for 5 br mg. MT - is not worth it.
I like option to have it - and it will be nice to have something like this in a soviet tree - maybe DS-39

It is obvious that the T44-100 has weaknesses. And this is obviously a balance.
