Artyllery rework

Artillery by this point has being nerfed two times already and it hadnt nothing wrong with it on the first place, i say it as someone that didnt used the artillery squad until i needed to upgrade my AVS-36s way after the mentioned nerfs.

It was one of the most immersing situations when i started playing be under a massive artillery rain that you had to quickly move and find cover between barrages.

I understand that some map design choices made it very annoying on some maps at the time on the Normandy campaign, by the time i would like if they fixed the map instead of nerfing two times one of the most amazing things of the game.

What artillery is now is a shadow of the past, the only real time you feel any sense of threat and immersion is when a stuka comes diving close to your location and you have by the sound decide if is worth it or not to get down in cover. Today artillery is a dangerous only to new players when they still dont know what the red circle is (but they will learn eventually to avoid it) and to bots/players no better than bots that play this paying no attention to what is happening around him.

Artillery should stand as it is and if you find it annoying just to you know: the enemy will find it annoying too, use your own artillery.

Tbh I made this post so when somebody complains about arty, I can just link it instead of writing.
I had to write it 3 times and that’s one too many. I’m lazy.

It isn’t op at all when used againt people that use their brain, as i said before, against bots/players worse than bots they are devastating, the real noob nemesis.

Allow them to build on map artillery that can be killed is the best solution to "off maps’ that have no counter but a cooldown.
