make det pac’s only available to engineering and AT squads and in place of the the det pac give us AT grenades

to also keep tanks form being too powerful if could be a soft nerf tanks by allowing the AA guns to damage/destroy tank modules
and a hard nerf by increasing time to repair or adding individual repair for each module
also as a side suggestion can get a a grenade rifle bag? for more rifle grenades? maybe take the bage slot or a inventory slot?

I think we should also allow tanks to be penetrated by mg42 emplacement that would be funny i think
we could also have the No. 74 AT grenade for both america and britian since i really just want sticky bombs

They just need to give better buffs to AT and Engineers.
AT Crews should use the AT rifle as bots after being given an attack command rather than only throwing explosive packs.
Engineers should have a few more build options. Maybe spike strips for tires in Tunisia? Maybe lower construction time on placed AT cannons? Give them access to a backpack slot which gives more building materials?
Anyone could and should have the ability to take a land vehicle out. If anything they should buff the effects of fire damage on a tank. If I jam a flamethrower in a viewing port someone should burn. I’d love to see 1 flamethrower lad flush all the boys out of a tank so his allies gan shoot them.
Maybe thats a compromise?
Everyone gets a nerfed explosive pack that allows for peripheral damage (treads, mg) but AT crew gets a proper AT grenade if your faction had such a thing?

giving the det pac to the engineering and AT squads would fit better if they add AT grenades due to the dec pac is a demolition tool that engineering squads would have and AT squads would also have some form of a shaped change,
i am only in agreement as the other way around the AT squads should get the DET pac as their high end tank buster weapon and all the other troops get the smaller sticky/AT grenades that can easily track and destory modules as a replacement

In Germany at least, even normal Infantry was equipped with Anti Tank Grenades, especially from 1944 till the end.

Yup definitely agree. I’ve always thought it was pretty silly that every soldier can walk around with the best AT weapon available (more or less). I’d like to see AT grenades that disable vehicles and then have satchel charges or something like that available to finish the vehicle off. Even without satchels just disabling a vehicle is great since it forces the crew to dismount and repair.
At least with AT grenades thered be a real decision for normal grenades vs explosive packs. As it is right now, theres very few benefits to using normal grenades

I completely agree. Dunno why when I said the same things everyone got hella mad. I guess they just like roaming the maps while being anti tank gods, I mean right now a tank on an urban or not open ground map is a dead tank in 30 seconds, when they should be more menacing than a regular infantry squad (and that is why you can only deploy 2 of them per squad)

I think that most who would agree are those that sit in tanks and farm XP all game.
And again, people complaining about Explosive packs.
Now, with AAA being finally recongised in its anti-ground role. To be fair, the heaviest ones were used for antitank role, so not too wrong there.
I am not sure AAA is that viable in enlisted, if an engineer can build it, they might as well build an AT gun.
And no, if someone gets close enough to lob a det pack and destroy your tank, your team didnt support you or you played it incorrectly.
Why should a tanker, who often only loses a squad or 2 in a match, be at the top of the leaderboard the majority of the time. I say force the tanks to play in the same map area as the enemy. That would force tankers to be more mobile. Sitting in one spot and farming kills should not be rewarded

Why do you only want a end all be all anti tank grenade, why dont you want this other grenades
You do realize that 2 of the listed grenades, the gammon and the m24 are basically the same thing as a det pac but are actual grenades used in the war
And one of the listed grenades is a rifle grenade that was effective up to 100 meters
2 are sticky anti tank grenades
3 are impact anti tank grenades
And one is basically a top down shaped charge
All of which where used in the war

At what point did I complain about the det pac?
Because AT squads, if they grind long enough, already have good enough specialized AT weapons. And by limiting TNT to only two soldier types you totally screw up the game balance. I would guess that, just like AA guns, most TNT packs are used against masses of infantry pushing the point.
How would you like a suggestion to nerf HE rounds so that they only have a 1 meter kill radius and stop giving assists to the entire tank crew and get rid of the gray “safe zone” for tanks.
Tanker squads should die just as quickly as an average infantry squad…why should they be able to farm XP at such a huge rate compared to infantry who are actually attacking and defending the objectives?

i think you have played way too much battle field or cod, tank are TANKS they are ment to TANK damage, by making them weak you make them not tanks, so they should not be easy to kill, tehy should not be easy to destroy as tanks are a dangerous element on the field and it is HIGLY unrealistic that the standed troops can carry a tnt pack, but would be acceptable if they would carry REAL anti tank grenades
and tanks camp in the grey zone becuase that is the only thing that they can do to counter the excessive amounts of det pacs that every play has so i have no issue with tanks camping in the grey area also as a FYI IRL the average engagement range for tanks during ww2 was 700-900 meters and currently they are only at about 100-150 meters
only one AT weapons in game ATM is good and that is the panzer
this would be a game killer for many as i have said im sure you have grow up with battle field or cod where expoloives in those games are horrendously cartoony, if anything i think they need a buff like shrapnel splinters

because they are using a tank? you know the invention that was invented to kill? to take out enemys while remining safe?
