Sturmepistole or whatever its called is just funny, it can barely deal with M5 stuarts and M8’s. Give us Panzerschrek or panzerfaust 60 so we can deal with american tanks with this squad.

nah, switching sturmpistola and piat to panzerschreck and bazooka is far better than keeping those
m9 bazooka and panzerschreck aren’t comparable since the panzerschreck was objectively better than bazookas until the m20 in korea so it would make more sense for it to be panzerfaust 100 so that way the americans will have a launcher that can snipe more reliability but can’t defeat as much armor as panzerfaust. plus i don’t think devs would actually remove sturmpistole anyways
literally like the difference between Jumbo vs pz4, german need it to kill jumbo effectively while us only need bazooka because it is more than enough to kill pz4 potato armor
the game need more variation, there’s already panzerfaust in berlin and giving another to normandy is too much
and fixing sturmpistole will give them a good side weapons since jumbo has only 74mm of side armor
and we’ll have panzerschrecks in berlin too for both germany and russia, also panzerfaust 100 has more vecloity than panzerfaust 60, though if you want more uniqueness then panzefaust 150 which has more pen then panzerfaust 60 and more velocity than panzerfaust 100
soo effective range is more or less 10 meter and onyl flat armor, that’s shit
at least not for now also panzerfaust are still panzerfaust thus they all the same, except panzerschreck it is not panzerfaust making it different from panzerfaust.
i just want that difference of equipment between campaign not just firepower in the first place Panzechreck looks more comparable to bazooka than panzerfaust

How about they just remove the Sturmpistole since the Panzerschreck was in use since 1943 while the Sturmpistole was not actually used in combat at any point and rather used as a flare gun.

the devs literally stated that jumbo isn’t getting removed so what makes you think that they would do that? also it would make more sense for them to, oh i don’t know, FIX sturmpistole to be more historically accurate. sturmpistole has 80mm of armor defeating capability as it’s using panzerwurfkorper 42 and as an fyi we are already getting panzerschrecks in berlin

Development therefore now focussed on the Panzerwurfkörper 42 LP that carried a shaped charge of 60g that was able to penetrate 80mm of steel. To achieve the requested range of 75m more propellant was required which in turn made for a heavier recoil that had to be absorbed. The solution was the adding of a folding stock with a shoulder piece that could be screwed to the Kampfpistole and thus the Sturmpistole (“assault pistol”) was born. It later was modified to have a barrel of 18cm; with the longer barrel and the stock unfolded it had an overall length of 58.5 cm and a weight of 2.45kg.

It is unclear how many of the 278,845 Leuchtpistole 42 pistols that were supplied to the army during the war were modified and used as Kampfpistole or Sturmpistole. Total Production of the Leuchtpistole 42 was 417,255; main producers were the companies Waffenfabrik Carl Walther in Zella-Mehlis and Waffenfabrik Erma in Erfurt.
The inaccuracy of the Kampfpistole also led to the development of the so called Sturmbüchse that resembled a triple barreled shotgun and fired a modified version of the WK 361 LP ammunition at ranges of up to 200m. The project was abandoned in spring 1944.
Another development undertaken by the SS was the Kampfpistole Gerloff that used the Gewehrpanzergranate 46 and 61 (discussed below under rifle grenades) that too had been developed by the SS. Internal struggles with the army’s weapons bureau prevented a procurement of larger numbers of this weapon.

Quite honestly I dont give a flying fuck what happens with the game, if it will become hit or a graveyard. I just play it until my Premium account ran out and uninstall it.
good thing i never said it was good since i know it’s not but making the HEAT round more historical you could increase the effectiveness against more common tanks, mostly stuarts and scotts, as well as giving germany an AT launcher that can deal with jumbos and shermans from the side, hopefully until bomber 2 likely with the panzerfaust 150. now the only thing i can hope from this is that they stay in better longer than it should be so they can iron out the bugs
