The scnshots was mainly use for this thread: The two new Premium LMGs' balance? - #9 by 44841674
I do not want to spend more money to this s***ty developers anymore at this moment. If they still doing this, I think I’m probably no going to spend anymore money.
The Devs really must just not care about balance at all(balance here being between players not nations)
7 Assaulters in a squad was really bad already considering that ALMOST every other squad is strictly bolt action rifles for the first several campaign levels and even after they unlock better guns they still have to open what is essentially loot boxes to get them every 4-6 opens.
Now you add in a squad of 7 LMG operators I mean my god that is some insane fire power. After all the complaints about how strong the premium squads are already you add in an even better pair of them WHY?
I was so excited for the idea of Enlisted but you are steadily crushing my desire to play.
you mean 7 at guys with bazookas and Thompsons right. If we are going to power creep the shit out of the game may as well do it right. You know what just because lets also give them mortars strapped to their backs that they just kneel down and drop rounds into. Mortars will not have HE rounds in them but smoke rounds that mark a B17 bombing run that comes in after a few sec.
In 2 years I will not be surprised if this is a thing lol.
I’m out till its fully announced. I had fun with enlisted during past years since early alpha , no regrets here, but i’m not going take a part on this matter anymore since monetization clearly shifted from ‘subscription/pay to speed up progression’ to ‘pay2win / pay to gain progress’.
Its described above, but i can clarify this - i like progression system, it works as motivator and gives you that feeling of improving. I also kinda like upgrade system as it reflects the differences between gamers approach, luck and involvement in general. Having options to instantly purchase weapons, campaign levels and other stuff makes the whole progression not only unfair but mostly just not fun anymore as the system won’t represent any efforts made by a gamer anymore.
I dont hate unfair conditions that are needed to make money, but the concept overall ruins most of parts i loved about the game.
So you agree that for a good progression system, there needs to be:
Effort required
Incentive/rewards to continue
Not force a choice for meta
Be diverse
Would you, at this stage, still be against a sidegrade approach for weapons and soldiers?
That way the players can be even more diverse, at the cost of slightly less incentive/reward.
I never said im against such changes, i only said im fine with the current system until it remains ‘fair gambling based on scoring for everyone’. Gambling using real money as a core upgrade mechanic is silly. I’ve seen and played a lot of p2w games, but they were clever and offered overpowered features for money, while this particular case offers core game mechanics against unlimited amount of money.
For some reason it always appeared to be that way. Thanks for the clarification.
What is your opinion on the +2 squads in battle from premium time and the permanent increase in max squads in battle from the premium currency that’s currently being tested? Someone that has access said their max was now 6 infantry squads and 4 vehicle squads.
