I suggest 25 RP in one faction → 1 in other faction.
And of course 1 to 1 if you buy premium. Devs need to eat after all.
I believe this is justified becasue

You can already convert RP to silver, which can be used in other factions

This cannot be abused becase even if you steamroll games with one faction, ultimately getting X RP in 1 game will be easier than 25 times more to convert it.

No. The game is already too fast to progress. The grind has already been significantly cut down multiple times from what it was. Plus not having something to grind for makes the game boring. The whole point of getting something for a faction is if you play that faction. Playing a different faction to unlock something in another faction is just plain stupid and boring.

I agree with this though. Events are what they are, but everything else should rightfully be progressed by playing the concerning faction.

Progression in this game is indeed excessively fast. Except for some dubious exceptions such as squad upgrades.
I dont think you know this, but I can already but all of my Japanese equipment with silver gained from playing Germany
The thing is, this is kind of an exception.
Extra RP is something you only get after you max out a faction. Essentially, what this will do is let you play with stuff from other factions, giving you a reason to check them out. Otherwise, you can always convert it to silver and use it in other factions anyways…
Perhaps’ War Thunder ‘is more suitable for you, as you still need to’ work hard 'for repair costs.More grind.

It’s only fast if you play the game often enough. The guys coming in to play a couple of games at the weekends don’t agree with this assesment.

Don’t play if you feel bored, more grind doesn’t mean more content.Will unlocking new weapons with more EXP make the game more fun?Stupid enough.
Unlocking all equipment is just the beginning.You still need to spend a lot of time to get the best soldiers through lottery.Here is the grind you want.
Although the requirements of this post are unnecessary, it seems that you really don’t like the game itself. You should go play some other games.

I love this game and play it regularly but find the motivation to play it because i literally own everything in this game. I have all my squads, soldiers and weapons maxed. I come back for events and new content but lack motivation to play between them. More grind = more time spent playing. Because having everything unlocked gives no incentive to play and playing 1 faction to unlock everything would kill the game faster.
Your concern is unnecessary, let me help you calculate it. A level 4 assault soldier requires 7900 silver coins, which means you may need 2 games to obtain him (which is still quite optimistic).You need 3 squads, which means 12 assault soldiers, and at least 24 games.You will gt a best soldiers after 8 lucky draws. Then you need to play 200 games.Since we have 4 factions, you need to play 800 games.This is just the cost of soldiers, of course, it’s not excessive for me to target the best soldiers, because every veteran player will target them.
For many people, they will choose to give up this game directly because of this.
It sounds like you’ve played enough, but I have to remind you that just because you want the best soldiers, you need to play 200 games. This means that for a PVP game, you need 200 games to have an equal advantage with old players, which is really enough.

Your math is off because I sell the soldiers that aren’t perfect when I buy them. So I’m not paying full price 
it’s only really costing you under 1000 silver depending on what soldier you buy.
How will grinding deter people from playing?? It’s literally how every competitive shooter works. You get rewarded as you play. No rewards = no desire to play. It’s basic human/animal nature, a dog expects a treat when being told to sit. Just like I’m expected to unlock a new weapon after I play.
I know you say you are good, but are you sure that you will play 25 games with one faction, no matter how good it is, just to get the same amount of RP as one game in another?
Logic seems kinda flawed, this is not a reliable way to unlock eveything.
