So I think one thing that makes the game difficult for new guys is it is hard for the old guys to carry the new guys.
For example, If I want to introduce a friend to this game and carry him through the first few game or first stage. I have to use only tier1 gear. Since if I use tier2 gear then it is possible for him to fight tier3 as a tier1 newbie.
So I think maybe it is possible for my new friend to use my squads. Or I share my squad with him. So he don’t have to suffer.

Df wouldn’t do that, as it would lower it’s potential revenues.
What I did propose once (or twice, or even thrice) is a system found in similar grindy games with premium squads.
Like world of tonks.
- “try out this daily premium squad for free, for the next 24h! If you like it, buy it with a 10% discount!”
Would allow newcomers to try potent new stuff, have more fun, and definitely boost df sales.
We now even have dedicated squads slots for premiums. Would make the system even easier for players.

It should be premium set. Like 3premium squads or a official build deck include the premium squad.
If they legitimately want sales, premium stuff in general should be way cheaper, the prices are exorbitant.

But you can use Tier 2 equipment as BRI, namely AP/AT mines.
If you’re helping a newbie get to grips, then surely you should help them by weidling and appropriating those tools.
Sharing squads between friends seems really out there, and will never work with the current way things are.
As TheUnclaimedOne suggests, it’s a really odd mechanic.
And it’ll never happen.
