That’s exactly it, you again answer yourself…
A stack of 4 “meh” players who act togheter in coordinated fashion, push cap zones all at once, call out enemy vehicles and coordinate their extermination togheter…
Is way more effective than many good players working solo, just HOPING their team will work togheter to do what’s needed to win.
As for this:
It’s pretty rare, tbh. When you guys lose as 4 guys is probably when the opposite team… Has a stack of their own thus making the match fair.
A MM allowing both sides the same amount of stacked players is highly needed:
It will make adversaries hate the game, and desert, less.
It will make the match less boring for those who stack with friends often, providing a fair challenge.
It will make solo players of BOTH sides suddenly an important factor to victory, them not having to rely only on, or suffer vs, stacks, as they’ll be busy countering each others.
It will make the game survive longer before dying, as ppl will quit less.
How about you let players play together in the same squad, then you can have however many men your smallest squad has. If your smallest squad is 7 men, you can play with up to 7 friends in that squad, that way it’s not too overpowered.
For example, a sniper squad with 3 snipers, an engineer and an anti-tank, you get first pick, then the rest either get assigned roles randomly.
Yes they’d have to wait if they died but whatever. Or you can bring only one friend so if he dies or you die you can take up another role.
and it would be stupidly OP. you could get 7-9 players that are in 1 squad+9 other players that may be in group. bots are easy kills and you want to make it so you dont have bots in team? idiotic suggestion. better play lone ranger.
When other forum users hinted for team voice chat everyone was happy, so it’s ok to have the team comunicate with eachother as long as no more than 4 ppl know eachother? loading logic…
teamplay… well look at the daily dose of complaints of players having to carry the entire team and complaining about bad teammates and bots… again, loading logic…
marking. Everyone complains about teammates not marking, when playing in a group you get more marks than when playing alone, helping the entire team.
yes, you get more players/ match and less bots, what’s the problem?
It’s completely unrelated, and stop trying to change the subject when you realize your idea is not generating as much support as you thought it would. I’m answering your op, and just like the rest of the playerbase answered you, (not) sorry if our opinions diverge.
But I’ll still answer your question:
the playerbase is toxic. Even with only text, those writing the most during matches are those complaining and insulting others because they don’t play to their standards, don’t build a rp (when they themselves don’t) or cry for ammunition boxes without wasting time to build it themselves.
Now, imagine if you could HEAR those complaints to boot…
It’s called a debate and in a debate one can point to multiple issues and arguments.
And yes, before you play the butthurt card even harder, i know that our opinions differ and that’s the point in a debate, find out the pros and cons on a issue based on other ppl opinions and experience.
So there’s no need to feel (not) sorry for thinking out loud, no offence taken
