So you are on a public forum aiming a message towards the developers and dont want any interaction from the people on said forum because they can not give you anything of worth? Good to know, saves me the trouble to respond to your weird agressive posts ever again.
Where is the hypocricy on that? Statistics can give proves.
And I donât get whatâs the problem with all you DH to having both Axis and Allies defending Airfield? If this is so hard to attack as some of you wrote. Then you have to defend to see how sweet it is.
I really donât care if you ever answer or not mate. The thing is that you are 100% BS that you played with Axis 5 times in Airfield and you won the 4. Thatâs for SURE major lie.
I have not played Axis yet on airfield you must confuse me with GeneralBrus.
Its not that you dont care if I ever answer or not but you just blatantly disrespect everyone on this forum because you tell them they have no worth.
Im out btw, good luck with your⌠whatever it is you are doing.
You donât give any proof but you demand proof from others. Even when the vast majority disagrees with you. Thats why its hypocritical.
I have played like 15 times that map as axis and i lost 3 or max 4, playing solo btw. I find that map easy for axis kek
First of all the majority does not disagree.
Those that disagree might be players that only playing Allies.
You can also write your opinion, but at the end only statistics can prove whoâs right and whoâs wrong.
And one more time, do you have any problem playing both Defend and Attack on airfield?
Thatâs the question for ALL of you who âdisagreesâ. Write your answer so the developers can read and proceed.
By posting about history, about how many times you won which might be a big lie doesnât say nothing to me. If you disagree with the suggestion I am all ears!
I havenât played it solo, so on that I donât have an opinion
This right here says it all. Youâve repeatedly called people who say they play axis and think its balanced liars or US only players who couldnât know if its difficult since theyâre not playing Axis (when they are literally fighting them on that map)âŚ
No, your purpose of this post was to complain that its unfair, and when people disagreed with you you called them liars or said that they must be allied only players and ignored them.
In this post we have:
2 people saying Germany is at a disadvantage
4 people saying its balanced
3 people saying the Allies are at a disadvantage
Another NOT given answer on another pointless post from an " [Enlisted_CBT]"
I already posted saying its balanced and you already said I âmust be an allied only playerâ. But of course you ignore everything that doesnât match your own opinion. Especially:
but
Speaking from the experience of an allied main, I think airfield is balanced - however it requires specific playstyles on both sides which are generally different from many other maps.
Airfield is effectively ruled by tank players on the axis side, as well as Engineers, snipers, and gunners. These three classes are the most important to winning - good tank drivers will be able to control the open spaces between capture points, and in many of my airfield games, single good tank drivers can and will wipe hundreds of allied soldiers between the middle points of the map. Snipers are also important in this regard, picking off people trying to make it on point. Gunners can help on point defense, but Engineers will do more for you in general.
Meanwhile, Engineers are basically the only class that can hold down the capture points, as you donât have a lot of pre-existing fortifications to rely on as you have in other maps, and due to the distances involved, spawn points are important for defense as well.
The best allied classes are much the same, though assaulters are more important than snipers, and pilots can be used to counter strong tankers on the Axis side, as your vehicles are there more purely to try to counter Axis tanks preventing you from pushing up. Cheeky flanking spawn point placement with engineers is also important to allied victories on the map, and AT guns can help your team push in a pinch.
It honestly will come down to which team is made up more of more capable players making the right choices in class and positioning, as on most maps. Flanks just matter more, and the capture points themselves matter less to hold once allied players get on point, due to how hard it is to retake capture points, compared to how easy it is to prevent allied players reaching them.
Thatâs been pretty much my experience on Airfield as well. Lots of open areas with vehicles, engineers, and long range squads being super important to winning, unlike most other maps.
The map is garbage compared to the others.
Itâs a flat map without enough cover, the hangers are complete deathtraps if the Axis team are decent.
The irony is that they added the secondary objective, which provides more tickets. On the one map I donât think anyone would want to prolong any longer.
I would love to be able to remove the map from circulation. Iâve only ever enjoyed playing it twice, after 10+ matches.
Itâs like they took the worst parts of D-Day and put them in a fan made map.
History schmistory, give me good gameplay first and foremost.
Donât think those points make it bad just different. Maybe different strategy needed?
Yeah this is the biggest problem, flat map with little/no cover. If one side holds the cover the other team get slaughtered, and its really hard to take the cover if the enemy is competent.
Yes, the combination of it being mostly flat and very limited cover means most of the time soldiers stick out and are easily picked off. Especially as the Axis can snipe/MG from the top of a hanger and the sides.
The Allies get two spawn points, but the one of the left is basically useless, as it means moving across mostly open ground with virtually no cover.
Plus because itâs a large distance it rarely makes sense to use that one, especially if the Axis have made a spawn on the left side.
They should scrap the idea of people getting into the planes, as that has never happened in a single match Iâve played in.
The planes are always destroyed, and because of their positions to the side of the hangers they arenât even useful cover.
Ideally remove the usable planes, and have the runways destroyed by shelling, so there are big craters to use as cover, and plane wrecks in useful positions to make advancing from different directions more viable.
Agreed. But just have this at match start.
120 percent agree Iâve played it twice today I think tanks rule out in the open and a really good cas is the key I had like 206 kills as a P-47 cas but Iâm a American main but and we almost lost that match 3 times cuz they held it AT guns and AA for area denial funny enough and two tanks in the back its pretty hard to counter but Iâd say itâs pretty balanced
