Please, please PLEASE devs make it not go to tankers and pilots. It should only go to infantry, seeing as they are the ones deserving of it, not the gray zone tankers that wipe 100 dudes with one squad. They aren’t the best player, just the ones with the most kills.

And who’s gonna defeat waves off enemies and also other tanks? You underestimate value of tanks. They are the reason why your team can easily capture points and not being forced to fight vs 10 squads at once. He was the best player and won the match for you, while you did nothing to help your team (let me see your rallies), how ungrateful.

No no I completely understand that, it just seems unfair that the player that I am constantly running into who is doing spectacularly well doesn’t get that award but the one guy who happens to have a tank does. I don’t underestimate the value of tanks, I just think that the One Man Army award should go to infantry and not a vehicle. I love the support of my tanks and I want to make it clear that I don’t underestimate the impact they have. However, aren’t the Best Tanker awards there to highlight this? It just seems like the infantry should get the One Man Army to me and not the tanker just because he happened to have a longer killstreak than the infantryman with 150 kills.
As for rallies, you may look at this replay. This is the specific battle I am referring to; I made good and effective use of my rallies and Studebaker the whole game (well, at least I feel like I did, maybe not lol). Maybe you’ll agree with me that the player skcharm should have probably gotten the One Man Army award (maybe not but I feel like this type of player makes my point).

Tanks who actually support infantry? What sorcery is this?
Imagine a universe where tanks werent just off doing their own thing or hiding in the greyzone like cowards spamming HE for their own XP but not actually helping the team take objectives…
@Sniper Dawg9820 I agree. One MAN army is pretty obvious to me means infantry and should be treated as such.
I myself recently got like 125 kills (no tanks, no planes, no artillery) and everyone else on both teams was had most 60 kills.
We can debate whether I personally deserved OMA award in that specific battle, but that to me is more a case of OMA then some plane that just spams bombs but doesnt help with objectives.
Id also like to see an AA award. AA gunners arent valued enough in this game. My squadmate often goes AA and as such doesnt get many kills, but his role is essential for the rest of the team to focus on infantry and objectives rather than spawn you die from bomb spawn you die from bomb if there is no AA.

Dude should’ve gotten 500 free gold for staying through the hell that was that match. No one built anything at all on the German team. That’s how all German teams are regardless of BR, and it’s painful. Which is why the devs really need to reconsider how they balance factions.
