You can already mix German squads with Italians, nothing would stop the Hungarians, French, Romanians, Fins, Slovakians, Croatians, Latvians, Estonians and others Im lazy to list, from joining in the party.

And then individual squads would limit what troops (by their nationalities) you can put into them (based on historical facts related to these specific squads).

I try to elaborate better.

Each squad in the game would have a determination of what soldiers by nationality it could have according to historical context. You just won’t be able to put any soldier you like of any nationality to any squad.
Of course, historically there were divisions that consisted of soldiers of mixed nationalities. Then that squad could have several mixed nationalities.

And yes, this would mean that more squads would have to be added to the game for each nationality and so.

It would mean the need to buy more soldiers (the player would have to invest resources, for which there is a possibility that he would pay for in some way like premium account/premium currency and so)

For example, at this point I have no reason to buy more soldiers. There’s just non. I have no incentives to spend more resources.

If you monetize it jut because, you end up damage everyone who use it, free to player because they are forced to pay for fully use a mechanic who was almost free before, and mostly of pay to player who need stop purchase premium squad if they want keep build their TT line up

Imo Monetisation should principally arrive from costumization an premium squad, the rest should be accessible by everyone’s

What I suggested would be completely optional. So your argument just doesn’t make any sense. The game would just offer you the opportunity to spend more resources.

I thought it’s obvious.

You’ll still have the power to use only the main nationalities, which means German/American/Japanese/Russian, and not worry about the other nationalities. Everything else would be just optinal content for you to spend more recources to just spice up your lineups in form of soldiers of different and more unique nationalities.
