The T-34s got a stealth update where the gunner can use a commander style view by the “Next Observation Device” and the “Look the other way” button.
It’s simple just add this to Ha-Go because the commander is literally the gunner. This should let the Ha-Go use its cannon and MG at the same time. You only forfeit zooming in which is fair.
Yes! I wish we would get this for most Japanese tanks, for some reason they designed their turrets to have the gun on one side and the MG on the other, it would make them so much more effective

Might as well just change the Ha-Go tank gunner designation and replace it with tank commander that way you can command the hull gun MG to fire too.

How do you ask the tank commander to aim, fire and load the main gun, detect the target, and direct the operation of the entire vehicle at the same time?
They only have three team members, so they can’t do everything well.

Well as you see in my video, the T-34 Gunner/Commander does the same thing except load the gun.
What T-34 fire in the gunner view is a coaxial MG, you don’t even have to be in “no zooming mode” to fire.
Ha-Go only have hull MG, so you can’t fire it in gunner mode.
If they add the hull MG on the T-34 in the future, the gunner should also be unable to use it

It is possible for commander to use the main gun. Look at 75/32 M41, it has commander instead of gunner to fire the main gun.
This tank is ass right now too, no MG no HEAT no HE. Waste of potential
I’m not talking about the static commander view from the gunner, I’m talking about in the video where you can actually shoot the gun from that view. Coincidentally enough only T-34s have this ability for some reason.
Yeah I noticed also stuarts can do it. Oddly enough some tanks still CAN’T do it. I think all tanks should be able to do it, mainly Ha-Go.
