I would rather have sturmpanzer I Bison.
And we actually have footage it has been used at extremely close range, not just as artillery that’s shooting from somewhere behind the hill.

I checked it one day and it’s more or less equivalent to 250kg bomb if I remember correctly. So technically nothing we don’t already have.
Also seeing someone shoot but rocket detonates 10m away from him on some BS wooden fence would be hilarious.

The IS-2 122mm is high velocity, so it’s HE shells have considerably less filler. It really does just depend on how much filler it’s got
