it have less damage than others rifles but could buff the firerate to 60 is sufficient to be a moderated bolt action rifle like the arisaka 38.
carcano m 91 sniper rifle
it have zero reasons to have 40 firerate since the damage is same thing from pre war kar 98k for a tier 2 sniper rifle making it the worst sniper rifle in the game , atleast the fire rate could be 58 moderated .

yeah like it says depends on the bolt to shoot the grenade , it will likely make it more slow only thing i can say its increasing the speed mounting grenade launcher or the damage , but would be a nice new content for italy .

only thing i know it can use Caliber
6.5×52mm Carcano ammo and a automatic shooting rifle .
as for vehicles
the 75 32 m41 is missing the HE ammo only thing could defend a tank to avoid anti tank infantry and it dont have , the HEAT ammo too but no the heat ammo i dont want this tank have because its tier 1 tank, only the Granata mod.32 HE is sufficient for it .
