Well, what can be done is done, although it is most likely that they will end up including the Sherman and the Panzer IV, but in their first versions, but the anti-tank weapons as far as I know and because of “history” would include the bazooka and the panzerschreck.
Bazooka - yeap. PIAT was first used in battle during operation Husky. As for Panzerschrek - nope, first trial bunch delivered only in october 1943.

It’s going to be added though, the Tiger very famously was used in North Africa, and specifically in Tunisia. Tiger 131 was also knocked out during the battle of Tunisia, so you bet your ass we’ll get a gold order Tiger 131 for the campaign as well

Tunisia is great right now, but without a MM of any kind do we really seriously want that tank vs a crusader? Sherman? Grant?
Best I can suggest for adds is the long barreled PZ3, PZ4 F, and StuG F8 or G.
