My idea is to add previous event weapons, vehicles, & squads to the shop.
A new section in the shop next to Battle Pass called “EVENT” Clicking will show 3 categories.
Vehicles, Squads, & Weapons.
I truly think this is better than a loot box.
I should mention that they can be purchased with silver.
I think you should expand how this system would work, for example, how much would prices be? Would they fluctuate based on the age of the event content?
How would you address a criticism such as “Why do events at all if event rewards are so easy to acquire afterwards?”.
While this is ideal, I’m just glad we’re getting the veteran’s box at minimum, as a loot box it will be alright as long as the prices aren’t exorbitantly high, and the odds are fair.
As a gacha game expert I don’t think a “fair” loot box exist or if it does I haven’t seen one
Snowbreak has fair gacha, they give you enough rolls each patch so you can always get featured girl or a weapon. It also received 100% banner instead usual 50% so after 100 rolls you are guaranteed to get your SSR. War Thunders gacha is the worst gacha of all times along with FGO.

They have anniversary atm, they will be giving away new SSR Fenny (best girl) for free also SSR weapon box will also be free soon.
