Add 37 mm Canister ammunition

Add it to American tanks using 37 mm guns. This will certainly be a wonderful addition to American Light tanks as 37 mm is terrible.

I remember enjoying commanding a Stuart in “Brothers in arms”. I feel like this is where I remember using canister round from. very cool.
