I tried logging in today but I get an error saying access denied from a “negative gold balance.” I refunded some gold which I suspect is the cause because the same thing happens in War Thunder when you refund Golden Eagles. Do I contact the Support Team or just buy Gold so it’s out of the negative?

did you purchase gold, spend it in game, then refunded it?
or just purchased gold, didnt spend any of it, then refunded it
