In my opinion, the balance should be a TIGER 2 H instead of a TIGER 2P which belongs in the Normandy campaign against the Shermans.
With that being said, the TIGER 2H may be balanced against the soviets but changes will need to be made. The first change the devs must make is replacing the IS1 with the IS-2 1943 model and the current IS-2 with the 1944 model. The Soviets will receive an edge at the early to mid game by having access to IS-2 against the TIGER 1. But the Germans will receive the late game edge with the TIGER2H, and this will be a somewhat more accurate portrayal of Berlin.
Other changes I would make would include replacing the JAGDPANZER IV with the JAGDPANZER 38T ‘HETZER’ where the main edge would be its remote machine gun.
And replacing the SU-85 with the ISU-152. Which may make it the best tank destroyer in the game provided to the Soviets. A fair trade against the TIGER2H.

The Jadgpanzer IV that is modeled in game should have the same gun as the Panther, the Hertzer was only armed with the L 48 not the L 70 7.5 cm gun.
Historically speaking Tiger I’s we’re pretty rare late war, having been replaced by the tiger II everywhere except for the Coreland pocket, for the most part, I believe in the battle of the bulge there were only three tiger I’s present for example, although they would still turn up occasionally until the very end of the war.
Even in Normandie from mid June about half of the Tigers present were actually Tiger II’s.
The panther was really a much more effective tank than the Tiger I, I’m surprised it’s not mentioned in that mix as its main armament was capable of penetrating the front of an IS-2 at some range.
How soviet destroy tiger II H in 1945. Let me tell you. The IS-2 mostly shoot at tiger II H barrel. Mostly the German just abandon it.
Soviet destroy German heavy machines using weak stuff irl and they win. So the soviet in the game can also do the same.
some jagdpanzer IV had the shorter l48 tho, dont know the exact history behind that, but probably early versions had the shorter gun, and late in the war when german equipment was running out, they assembled everything together they could find.
I think Jagdpanzer IV is better than Hetzer.

Well I would call the normal ones, the ones that were built with a lower profile were built with two versions some with the short L 48 and some with the L 70 you can see the production figures below

From what I recall it was a late war expediency, they converted Panzer IV hulls, unlike the normal Jadgpanzer IV that was factory built with a lower profile

I disagree, I don’t think Germany is weak in War Thunder, I just think there are a lot of dumb players who try to advance with heavy tanks instead of attacking from afar haha

Germany is not weak in war thunder i have good match some time with kraut, the problem is most of the time you took kid wo advance in the map without scout and they get killd by the first enemy they find

Worst players are those where the map has a city and an open field, the player takes a Tank destroyer and enters the middle of the city instead of staying in the open field as a sniper

But then you’ll have to replace the IS-1 (which ceased production almost half a year before the early turret Tiger 2s) with the IS-2, the current IS-2 with the IS-2 Mod. 44 , the SU-85M with the SU-100 and find some suitable replacement for the T-34/85 (D-5).
