Just a quick one. Make All revolvers a fun and viable choice.
They are slow to fire, and even slower to reload. They have nothing over pistols.
I suggest making them the Bolt action rifle of side arms, say 1 shot to body under 10(?) meters. (also the Welrod)

I’d be up for this if it weren’t for the fact that revolvers during ww2 aren’t the high-power revolvers we know in the modern world.
Those revolvers you listed still fire smol pistol bullets.
Might be better off asking for a consistent application of the damage from all pistol-caliber ammunition- Giving pistols SMG damage.
Then we wouldn’t have to see fun scenarios like headshotting someone with a pistol, and them just shrugging it off.
I have Given up on any reality of weapons. This is more about a game giving weapons a place for fun
Rifles, machine guns and ARS with the same ammunition have vastly different damage numbers in an attempt to make some sort of relevance for each type.
Im merely extending that to revolvers which do “nothing” better than pistols.
But hey, as an addition, pistol dmg = to smg damage is fine by me too
Why not start slowly and make them kill in two shots reliably first, I am pretty sure most pistols need 3-4 shots to kill.

They weren’t common in military service.
Logistics, and all that. It’s also why most service pistols shared ammo with SMGs.
The exceptions are personal weapons, either purchased by officers, or gifted to soldiers by friends and family.
As you might imagine, finding ammo for them is wishful thinking.
Equip him with a grenade launcher (look at the assault pistol and rifle grenade)

Well okay good point, yet since we already have alot of prototypes and crazy weapons, such a pistol wouldn’t be extremely misplaced, so at least for the US such “event revolvers” could be a cool concept… well which wouldn’t effect our current revolvers which are the actual topic of discussion, but it was just a thought you know…

I dont think the Webley is a very nice looking revolver but, but damn if I dont feel like Indianna Jones using it. (holding it anyway, very unsatisfying in Enlisted)
No doubt. Though it would be a bit ridiculous, would be fun if we could “fan the hammer” on revolvers.
